Empowering youth through play and learning.

Mathare Leadership Hub is a Community Development Organisation that  uses Sport to empower youth in the Mathare Slums to speak through their talent and to build leaders through education.

Mathare is one of the biggest poorest Slums in Africa. It has a high population of 800,000 we call home. Most live in mud huts close together ,they basic basic needs such as going without food, poor heath facilities, dropping out of schools due to lack of school fees and early girls pregnancy and many other things.

Despite all this the youth still have hope for the future. And that’s is why we created the Mathare Leadership Hub where the youth can play and learn.
